For those of you lucky enough to have gotten tickets, Shmoocon is taking place in Washington DC at the Wardman Park Marriott this weekend. The ever growing new darling of the underground security conference scene looks to clock in at about 1500 attendees this year, meaning that it has almost doubled in size every year.
We’ll be there in force, so drop us a line if you want to meet up.

How do I drop you a line? Who are you? Do you know Jeff Williams and Arshan? I’m not familiar with the OWASP DC crowd; only a handful of names in the Aspect Security, NIST, and DHS crowd. Maybe a few Cigitals (but they aren’t people!). I am supposed to follow that with “they’re QA robots”, but I’m not sure if you would get the joke or not. Or be really pissed at me if you work for Cigital or the Cylons.
I look a lot like a skinny version of Gaius Baltar if that helps.
you can always email me at the info here: http://onelittlewindow.org/blog/?page_id=2 — I guess we should edit that page to include a little more info about who we actually are some day.
I know Jeff — not super closely, but we’ve talked at several OWASP meetings and another con or two.
I we had thought this through better, we’d have actually formulated a meet-up spot — but most of the 1LW followers just email me and we know who to look for. Cell reception in the basement of that hotel is pretty much right out.
I don’t have any good battlestar references, but this is me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nguyet/2231762984/ — and this is probably better of what I might look like in action: http://flickr.com/photos/kubina/1288776063 (apparently I talk a lot and am one of those “uses his hands” people).
